Job summary

Qualifications
- Active NC CNA Certification is required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor vital signs and accurately document resident information.
- Support residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the healthcare team.
- Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will make a meaningful impact every day by:
