Job summary

Well-Spring Solutions Home Care in Greensboro is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one care for a client in her private Greensboro home. This role focuses on standby assist and personalized, attentive care in a calm home setting.

You will support ADLs, morning/evening routines, mobility and safety, light housekeeping, companionship, and pet care for a large dog. Weekend availability is required; shifts include mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification in good standing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client's private home.
• Comfortable around a large dog.
• Ability to maintain consistent weekend availability.

Well-Spring Solutions Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personalized one-on-one care for a client in her private home in the Greensboro community.

This is a great opportunity for a CNA who enjoys building a relationship with one consistent client and providing attentive, individualized care in a calm home environment.

Current Schedule

We are currently looking for weekend availability for:

• Morning: 9:00 AM–1:30 PM
• Evening: 5:00 PM–9:00 PM

About the Assignment

This client is primarily a standby assist and benefits from a caregiver who is attentive, patient, dependable, and comfortable providing a calm, reassuring presence.

Care will include:

• Providing standby assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assisting with the client's morning and evening routines, including getting ready for the day and for bed
• Providing mobility and safety support as needed
• Light housekeeping related to the client's daily needs
• Providing companionship and one-on-one support
• Taking the client's dog outside as needed
• Observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition

Please note: The client has a large, gentle dog in the home, so candidates should be comfortable around dogs.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Pay & Differentials

CNA Pay: $15.26–$15.79/hour, based on experience
