Job summary

DSV is seeking an Operations Manager - Weekends (Friday-Monday) for our Clarksville, TN distribution site. Lead warehouse operations, oversee multiple shifts, and drive safety, service, and cost objectives while providing strong people leadership.

You will mentor Supervisors, manage labor scheduling and planning, ensure SOPs are followed, and collaborate with Operations Management to optimize performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced MHE knowledge and certifications preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift warehouse operations and larger teams.
• Manage labor scheduling, space utilization, equipment, and manpower to meet objectives.
• Coach Supervisors and lead team members.
• Partner with Operations Management for planning, staffing, and forecasting.
• Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and quality across teams.
• Drive productivity, service, safety, and cost KPIs.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and corrective actions.
