Job summary

Nellis Auction in Katy, TX is seeking an Area Manager - Weekend to lead warehousing operations, ensure safety, accuracy, and high-performance culture. You will supervise the warehouse floor Fri–Sun 4:30 am–7:30 pm with occasional admin days during the week, driving productivity and quality metrics.

You will coach and develop frontline teams, set clear expectations, conduct daily huddles, and ensure SOP adherence, timekeeping, and proper resource usage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership role.
• Strong ability to coach and lead teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficiency in analyzing performance data and executing daily operational adjustments.
