Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a First Shift Group Coordinator Lead in Utah to oversee shift schedules and training for the warehouse team. The role involves SAP-like workflow, coordinating 5:00am–5:00pm shifts with weekend rotation, and ensuring timely processing of inbound/outbound parts and customer inquiries.

Ideal candidates will have 6–12 months of warehouse and forklift experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and forklift certification or the plan to complete it within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience.
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of forklift-training within first 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and train associates.
• Provide day-to-day direction and monitor progress for the work group.
• Manage daily workloads for the group.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain accurate records and review documents for accuracy and legibility.
• Open/close and secure the building as directed; report unsafe conditions.
