Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Lead in Lincoln, NE for a Fri-Mon weekend shift (1:30 pm - 12:00 am). You will oversee the warehouse team and ensure accurate inventory levels and on-time order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; suggest performance improvements as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems; catalog and track goods.
