Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking a Workflow Planner to maintain the flow of product from vendors to customers, supporting picking, shipping, and receiving operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while coordinating priorities and documentation.

Responsibilities include scheduling orders, tracking shipments, collaborating with customer service, and guiding warehouse staff. A high school diploma and 0–2 years of related work are expected; RF equipment experience and MS Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with materials handling and radio frequency equipment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Report and correct shorts.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Direct the flow of vessels between yard and dock doors.
• Prioritize daily workload to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Maintain records for inbound/outbound deliveries and assist in discrepancies.
