Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Workflow Planner to ensure the smooth flow from vendors to customers. You will schedule inbound/outbound orders, coordinate processing, and maintain accurate delivery records while ensuring GMP and safety standards.

You will interact with customer service and other warehouse roles, helping resolve discrepancies and support floor operations as needed. This role requires a HS diploma and up to 2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–2 years’ relevant experience.
• Familiarity with materials handling and RF equipment.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
• Coordinate order processing across systems and personnel.
• Maintain records for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure accurate information.
• Support floor operations as outbound leader, picker, packer, or auditor as needed.
• Maintain daily attendance log and SOP compliance.
