Job summary

Almac Group is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Coordinator for our Durham, NC location. The role verifies and packs clinical site orders and handles shipments across ambient, controlled room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen categories.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents, verifying material prior to distribution, packing orders per protocols, generating UPS/FedEx labels, and picking distribution orders. Weekend shift Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7:30am–8pm with a 15% shift differential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience in clinical trials, pharma, biotech, or other regulated industry preferred.
• Shipping experience desirable.
• ERP systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review documents for clarity, correctness, and compliance.
• Perform verification checks of documents and clinical material prior to distribution.
• Pack customer orders according to protocols and Distribution Instructions.
• Generate UPS and FedEx shipper labels.
• Pick Distribution Orders.
