Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate in Buford, GA for a Friday–Sunday shift 8:00am–8:00pm (or finish). The role involves receiving, picking, packing, and moving product within the distribution center using RF scanners and WMS.

Lift 50 lbs, operate equipment, and maintain 5S standards. Entry level to 2 years of related experience preferred; there is no bonus, and benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, HSA, 401k, FSAs, disability coverage, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Previous material handling experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours or more.
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment and rotate areas.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Wear safety PPE per site rules.
• Must meet distribution quotas and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas (Inbound/Outbound).
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan with RF scanner, input data.
• Pick customer orders using RF scanners and WMS.
• Safely transport, stage, and replenish product.
• Load/unload to support outbound operations.
• Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping.
• Meet productivity, quality and attendance goals.
• Follow Cardinal Health safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team to achieve service goals.
• Palletize large items and wrap for shipment.
• Pack small items and drive material handling equipment.
