Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring for an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops in Buford, GA. The role focuses on inbound activities, receiving products, and meeting quality and safety standards. You will operate loaders and assist with palletization and shipment preparation.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, using WMS, and collaborating with the Warehouse Supervisor. The position requires lifting, standing, and occasional heights, with mandatory overtime as needed by business demands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience strongly preferred.
• RF scanner and/or voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building, wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and shipment prep.
• Pick large case items with equipment or pick small units and cart to designated area.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Use WMS to check in and out products.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker, reach truck).
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and perform inventory control tasks.
