Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and staff following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail areas, parking, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents calmly; notify personnel and document observations per procedures.
• Assist with access control and visitor interactions, giving directions and answering questions.
• Maintain activity logs and incident reports and relay information to supervision.
