Job summary

• Proven experience in turret punching operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of laser cutting and turret punching equipment, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming laser cutting and turret punching machines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on optimization.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of quality control principles and QC processes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
• Effective communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of turret operators and technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
• Collaborate with production planning to develop schedules and prioritize jobs.
• Ensure timely turret punching operations to meet targets.

• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive tasks and breakdowns.
• Source spare parts and tooling with suppliers.
• Implement quality control procedures and drive corrective actions.
