LAZ Parking in Los Angeles is seeking a Tour Guide Driver to transport guests safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. You will greet guests, provide information, and follow supervisor directions to ensure smooth operations in a busy parking complex.

The role requires a valid Class C license with at least two years of driving experience, a professional appearance, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Class C license and at least 2 years of licensed driving experience.
• Ability to communicate, listen effectively, and understand basic manuals with written instructions.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with the public and fellow employees.
• Assist guests with general information about the complex.
• Follow directions of supervisors when requested.
• Provide premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-inspection activities for safety and maintenance standards.
• Conduct daily cleaning and trolley maintenance; maintain neat appearance.
• Handle funds carefully and report lost articles.
• Use a two-way radio to communicate with dispatch or supervisor.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
