Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Part-Time Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Massachusetts during the evenings and weekends. Candidates must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts and able to practice remotely.

The role offers fee-for-service compensation up to $46,200 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This position supports clinicians with scheduling, credentialing, and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in MA.
• Ability to conduct sessions via tele-health.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10-15+ counseling sessions per week.
• Take concurrent notes during sessions.
• Develop treatment plans and documentation as required.
• Participate in weekly Health team meetings.
• Advocate for participants on clinical needs.
• Coordinate with Customer Success on participants' needs.
