Job summary

You will facilitate group and one-on-one activities tailored to interests and needs while building positive relationships with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Passion for seniors and wellbeing, advocating for resident needs.
• Strong ability to connect with residents, families, and staff.
• Healthcare setting experience is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily therapeutic programming aligned to each resident's individualized plan of care.
• Maintain activity calendars and adjust schedules based on census changes.
• Assist with transporting and supporting residents during in-facility and off-site events.
• Document participation and progress, supporting care coordination and HIPAA compliance.
