Job summary

SoBoL Stamford is seeking a friendly Weekend Team Member to join our acai bowl and smoothie shop in Stamford. You’ll deliver fast, friendly service, prepare bowls and smoothies, and handle transactions in a busy, energetic setting.

Shifts occur Saturdays and Sundays with possible extra weekday hours. Starting pay is $18.00/hour plus tips, plus opportunities for bonuses, discounts, and growth as you learn recipes and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Regular availability on both Saturday and Sunday.
• Reliable and punctual, particularly for scheduled weekend shifts.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow recipes and procedures.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, waffles, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS system and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Prepare ingredients and restock products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Assist with opening and/or closing the store.
• Work efficiently with other team members during busy periods.

SoBoL Stamford is looking for a friendly, reliable Weekend Team Member to join our team! We are an açaí bowl and smoothie shop focused on serving fresh, delicious products in a fun, energetic environment. We take pride in providing great customer service, preparing high-quality products, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. This position is for Saturday and Sunday shifts. Regular availability on both Saturday and Sunday is required for this position. Shifts are generally 4–8 hours, with the possibility of additional weekday hours based on availability and store needs.

Key Responsibilities
