Job summary

Frutta Bowls is seeking friendly, energetic Team Members in Pompton Lakes, NJ to deliver a welcoming guest experience. You’ll greet customers, take orders, and prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and other items.

You will follow recipes, restock ingredients, and keep all areas clean while working with teammates in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided; prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service.
• Taking orders accurately and operating the POS/register.
• Preparing açaí bowls, smoothies, refreshers, cold brew, toast, and other menu items.
• Following recipes, portion guidelines, and food-safety procedures.
• Preparing and restocking fruits, toppings, bases, and other ingredients.
• Keeping the front counter, prep areas, dining area, and equipment clean and organized.
• Washing dishes and completing assigned cleaning tasks.
• Restocking supplies throughout the shift.
• Working together with other team members during busy periods.
• Helping create a positive and welcoming environment for every guest.
