Job summary

Smoothie King (SKFI) is hiring Team Members to help Guests select smoothies and retail items that support healthy lifestyles. You will work in a fast-paced environment, greet guests warmly, and upsell products while keeping the store clean and stocked.

Applicants should be able to work 2–4 shifts weekly, cover shifts when needed, and open/close the store. Training and advancement are available as part of a supportive team focused on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a minimum of 2 to 4 shifts a week.
• Shows up on time for work.
• Must be willing to cover shifts or portions of shift if needed.
• Must be able to OPEN and CLOSE the store if needed.
• Informs Manager or Owner of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Team Members at the POS must learn upselling to customers.
• Responsible for completing CHECK LISTS.
• Responsible for product and Guest Service experience.
• Ensures Guests purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages with the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Demonstrates a "Guest comes first" attitude on shift.

Team Members help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

• Must be able to work a minimum of 2 to 4 shifts a week.

• Team Members at the point of sale (POS) must learn upselling to customers.
• Responsible for making sure CHECK LISTS are COMPLETED
• Is responsible for product and Guest Service experience
• Ensures Guests purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
• Greets and engages with the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Ensures self and team on shift demonstrate “Guest comes first” attitude
• Blends smoothie according to the recipe ticket for a consistent taste
• Ability to lead both by example and give direction in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried and/or frozen products and powdered substances, including, but not limited to, strawberries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts (such as almonds), milk, soy, proteins, grains, and spices without posing a direct threat to personal health and safety
• Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
• Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations
• Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system
• Ability to move boxes, weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the store
• Ability to position self to bend, reach and scoop through assigned shifts
