SoBoL Stamford is seeking a friendly, dependable Team Member to provide excellent customer service, prepare acai bowls and smoothies to SoBoL standards, and keep the store clean.

This part-time role offers 20–30 hours per week, a pay of $18–$20 per hour plus tips, and weekly bonuses for strong performers. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to lift 20+ pounds; a food handler certification is preferred or you can obtain one. Join a fast-paced, health-conscious team and grow with us.

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience, plus tips
Additional Compensation: Opportunity to earn weekly performance-based bonuses

About the Position

SoBoL Stamford is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic a Team Player to join our team. Team Players are responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing our bowls and smoothies to SoBoL standards, maintaining a clean and organized store, and helping create a positive experience for every customer.

We are looking for people who take pride in their work, work well as part of a team, and can be counted on to show up on time and ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders accurately and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items according to SoBoL recipes and standards
• Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and food-quality standards
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process customer transactions
• Prepare fruits, toppings, and other ingredients for daily service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout each shift
• Clean equipment, counters, dining areas, and other areas of the store as needed
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and store procedures
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and customer-service areas
• Assist with opening and/or closing responsibilities as assigned
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude
• Communicate effectively with managers and other team members
• Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented store environment
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned

Scheduling

Applicants should have reliable availability and be willing to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts based on store needs. Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend availability may be required depending on the position and schedule. Current needs include
