Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking an Operating Room Technologist (ORT) at Carroll Hospital in Westminster, MD. The ORT performs scrub tech duties, prepares sterile instruments, maintains aseptic technique, and supports the surgeon by anticipating needs during operative cases.

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile instruments and supplies.
• Maintain aseptic technique and anticipate surgeon needs.
• Care for instrumentation during and after cases, including decontamination and return of equipment.
• Observe patient needs and report significant findings to the team.
