Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for the Weekend 2nd Shift (Friday–Monday, 2:30pm–1:30am). You will lead daily warehouse operations, coach a team, and ensure safe, efficient processes.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and a willingness to overtime. A Bachelor's in Logistics or related field is preferred, along with supervisory experience and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, with weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
