Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead a warehouse team on the 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–5:30pm. You’ll drive daily operations, coach staff, and ensure top‑notch service for our customers.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and scanner equipment.
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends if needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and quality policies.
