GXO Logistics, Inc. in North Carolina is hiring a Senior Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead daily logistics operations and staff on a Fri-Mon night shift. You'll drive engagement, safety, and performance while aligning with client requirements.

The role requires 3 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with MS Office and warehouse tech, and willingness to work flexible hours including overtime. A Bachelor's in Logistics is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• . At a minimum, you’ll need 3 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience.
• . Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• . Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules, assign jobs and train staff
• Guide, counsel and encourage employees; improve potential and champion high standards
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with onsite customers and other key partners
• Provide a safe and secure work environment through training and safety inspections
• Assist with evaluating employee performance, provide feedback, and implement company policies and standards
