Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, schedules and team coaching. You will monitor quality, drive continuous improvement and ensure a safe, efficient work environment.

Requirements include 2 years of experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office and scanner devices, and flexibility for overtime including weekends. A related Bachelor's degree and ISO/AS9100 experience are preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, potentially weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
