Brushy Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC seeks a Weekend Supervisor (RN) for a part-time, on-site role with a consistent Saturday and Sunday schedule plus one weekday. You will lead weekend nursing teams, ensure resident safety and high-quality care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

As the on-site clinical leader, you will coordinate staffing, provide guidance to staff, and address resident needs while partnering with physicians and leadership to uphold quality initiatives and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active SC RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Brushy Creek Post Acute is a beautiful 144-bed skilled nursing facility located next to the hospital in Greer, South Carolina. Our unique campus features 12 cottage-style homes (12 residents each), each with its own kitchen, as well as gardens and outdoor spaces for residents and staff to enjoy. Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor (RN), you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will serve as the on-site clinical leader, supporting nursing staff, addressing resident needs, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively
• Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
• Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance

Licenses & Certifications
