Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) for Saturdays and Sundays, 7a-11p, on a part-time schedule. You will oversee weekend clinical and operational activities, guiding staff to deliver safe, resident-centered care and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited RN program with an active SC license, long-term care and supervisory experience, and strong judgment, communication, and organizational skills to lead a team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active, unrestricted SC RN license.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support weekend nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs) during weekend shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
