Job summary

Cantex is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at The Villa at Mountain View in Dallas, TX to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes accurate assessment, medication administration, and adherence to care plans under physician guidance.

The successful candidate will maintain thorough EMR documentation, respond to changes in patient conditions, and coordinate care with the nursing staff to ensure seamless, compliant care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services per standards and physician guidance.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document per policies and regulations.
• EMR documentation related to patient assessment and changes in condition.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders and implement care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure patient care management systems are in-serviced and integrated into care delivery.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient's care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
