Job summary

Park Valley Inn Health Center in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position in Skilled Nursing. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, observing patient conditions, documenting changes, and implementing physicians' orders.

You will collaborate with the care team to ensure timely, compliant care delivery. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and a valid RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Experience delivering patient-centered nursing care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with policies and regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment and care plans.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders and implement care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all staff.
• Ensure care management systems are routinely in-serviced and integrated into daily delivery of patient care.
