Brushy Creek Post Acute, a 144-bed skilled nursing facility in Greer, SC, seeks a Weekend Supervisor (LPN) to lead weekend clinical operations with a consistent Saturday/Sunday schedule and one weekday. You’ll oversee LPNs/CNAs, ensure high-quality care, and support regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active SC LPN license and LTAC experience, with supervisory skills. Competitive pay of $35–$40/hr on-site; career advancement opportunities within our SC network and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively.
• Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts.

Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor (LPN), you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will serve as the on-site clinical leader, supporting nursing staff, addressing resident needs, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
