What You'll Do

As an LPN, you will provide hands‑on nursing care while working closely with residents, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities include:

Assessing residents' needs and changes in condition

Providing nursing care according to individualized care plans

Administering medications and treatments as ordered

Supervising CNAs and other nursing personnel

Communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers
