Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs and changes in condition.
- Provide nursing care per individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel.
- Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Follow state and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.
