Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for a full-time day shift with rotating weekend duties. The role runs 7:00am to 7:00pm and includes direct resident care under licensed staff.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, document care, and collaborate with nurses and therapists. A valid STNA credential is required in Ohio; CPR is preferred, and a strong work ethic and compassionate nature are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Healthcare experience optional but beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Take and record vital signs and input/output as directed.
• Document care provided and maintain accuracy.
• Respond to call lights promptly and courteously.
• Assist with meals and hydration and provide emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow infection control and safety policies.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other staff.
