Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with vital signs, weights, and other patient monitoring as needed.
• Help with mobility and transfers, including use of mechanical lifts and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and facility operations.
