RealManage Elevated Onsite in Doral, FL seeks an Onsite Sports Center Coordinator for weekends and part-time hours to support daily operations of the community sports facilities.

You will greet residents, explain gym rules, wipe equipment, restock supplies, monitor safety, and help manage open/close routines. This role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and the ability to work independently on Saturdays and Sundays within the Doral Isles community.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience, preferably in fitness, recreation, hospitality or residential settings.
• Ability to explain rules politely and handle resident concerns professionally.
• Reliability when working independently, including opening or closing the facility.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents and guests and verify access according to community rules.
• Explain gym hours, amenities, and posted rules.
• Wipe down equipment and clean fitness areas, mats, counters and restrooms.
• Restock towels, wipes, sanitizer, and other supplies.
• Inspect equipment and report damage or safety hazards.
• Keep spaces organized and monitor for rule violations.
• Open/close the facility, including basic security checks.
• Provide general administrative support related to activities as needed.
