AMFM Healthcare’s Mission Prep Healthcare seeks a dedicated Sous Chef to join our residential adolescent treatment team in Bonsall/Fallbrook, CA. You will work under the Head Chef, preparing delicious, well-balanced meals for clients and staff and coordinating meals across multiple facilities.

This part-time seasonal role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, background checks, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds (40 pounds occasionally).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with insured status and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 40 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving lunch and dinner daily for clients and staff
• Coordinating meal delivery across multiple residential sites
• Guiding breakfast and weekend meal service procedures
• Maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation standards
• Adapting meals to accommodate individual dietary restrictions
• Managing food inventory, purchasing, and expense reconciliation
• Creating weekly menus that are nutritious and satisfying
• Keeping a respectful and positive attitude with clients and staff
• Ensuring compliance with county, state, and ServSafe standards
