AMFM Healthcare’s Mission Prep Healthcare seeks a dedicated Sous Chef to join our residential adolescent treatment team in Bonsall/Fallbrook, CA. You will work under the Head Chef, preparing delicious, well-balanced meals for clients and staff and coordinating meals across multiple facilities.

This part-time seasonal role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, background checks, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds (40 pounds occasionally).

AMFM Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team at our private adolescent residential treatment facilities called Mission Prep Healthcare. In this vital role, you’ll help nourish clients on their journey toward recovery by preparing delicious, well-balanced meals in a supportive and therapeutic environment. This position will work under our Head Chef.

Location: Bonsall/Fallbrook, California. This position will be required to travel to our various facilities in the area to deliver meals.

Status and Compensation: Part-Time and Seasonal | Hourly | Non-Exempt | $24-$28/hour.
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 10:00am-6:30pm

What You’ll Do:

• Possess valid driver's license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 3continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by the company, state, or federal guidelines
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 40 pounds)
• Experience preparing meals in a residential or healthcare setting preferred
