Job summary

The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Wareham, MA is hiring a Weekend Smoking Attendant to join our care team. The 8a-4p shift covers Saturdays and Sundays with weekly pay at $16 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with smoking tasks, keeping the area clean, and ensuring safety during transport to and from the smoking area. On-the-job training is provided, and English language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions and interact tactfully with residents, staff and visitors.

• Contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• On-the-job training provided

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and visitors

• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents
