Job summary

New Works Remodeling LLC is seeking a Shows & Events Manager to lead a team of demonstrators and promote our home improvement brand at events in the Pittsburgh area.

You will book shows, generate leads and sales, recruit and train staff, ensure attractive booths, and plan schedules while monitoring productivity, labor, and budgets every weekend. This role offers $18-25 per hour plus commission, travel reimbursement, and a hands-on leadership position within a dynamic promotional team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and managing events.
• Customer-facing marketing experience.
• Ability to recruit and hire for a field team.
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to work every weekend.
• Basic computer skills for admin/reporting.
• Experience promoting in-person at shows and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find and book new shows and events for weekends.
• Generate leads and sales from event booths.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure promotional booths are attractive.
• Plan and organize schedules for events and team.
• Weekly monitor productivity, labor, inventory, and budget.
• Set goals and track progress weekly.
• Maintain communication with supervision and other departments.
