Taylor Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Receiving Clerk to join our team. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for accurately receiving products, working with customers on site, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring the proper unloading of inbound trucks.

Hours: 7:00 am - 7:30 pm

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Shift: Second Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for receiving products
• Count and verify inbound products, ensuring accurate system entry
• Verify seal information
• Coordinate with transportation to schedule trucks efficiently
• Adhere to Good Distribution Practices and Food Safety standards
• Handle bills from drivers and manage dock door assignments
• Maintain acceptable unloading times for inbound trucks

Requirements

• High attention to detail
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Team player with motivation for team accomplishments
• Previous shipping clerk experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with drivers, team members, and managers
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
