Haworth is seeking a Team Lead for the 1st Shift Weekend Fri-Sun in Holland, MI. You will lead a distribution/production team, coach, train, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; Relevant certification or vocational training may be preferred
• 3 years related experience

Responsibilities

• Leads team to attain goals in Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost, Culture, and Environment by providing effective coaching and training to distribution/production team members.
• Organizes and performs full range of complex duties in fast-paced environment that requires thorough understanding of functions within work cell, as well as policies and procedures.
• Works with supervisor and other team leaders to manage and prioritize staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and production schedule are met.
