Haworth, Inc. in Holland, MI is seeking a Production Control Coordinator for the weekend shift (Friday-Sunday) at the wood plant. The role involves coordinating manufacturing planning activities and ensuring alignment with schedules and inventory.

You will work with cross-functional teams, identify shortages, and support BOM-related documentation while maintaining safety and quality standards. This position requires US work authorization and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck (hilo) certification.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate manufacturing planning activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demand.
• Identify material shortages, expediting orders, and adjusting production schedules.
• System and documentation support through BOM usage issues and escalation; document production-related transactions.
• Identify and suggest improvements to manufacturing and planning processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the workplace.
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
