Qualifications

• 3 years of related work experience.
• Powered industrial Truck (PIT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production floor and staff to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor production flow and respond to changes efficiently.
• Train team members on standard work and processes.
• Update production metrics and team communications.
• Collaborate with supervisor to plan annual goals and staffing.
