Job summary

Supported Community Lifestyles in Ponca City, OK is seeking an on-site supervisor to assist with managing the Residential Services Program, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising staff, and coordinating night shift operations.

You will monitor homes, train staff, handle incidents, and maintain documentation while supporting quality assurance tasks. English-speaking requirement and ability to drive are essential; position involves occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Knowledge of medication administration guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend shift operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure meals are prepared for the following day.
• Train staff on client PIP, orientation, and behavior expectations.
• Monitor all homes on a random schedule and visit remote sites when needed.
• Maintain incident reporting accuracy and QA monitoring.
• Support QA monitoring and reporting for the weekend shift.
• Must speak English when clients are present.
• Will drive SCL approved/assigned vehicle.
