Qualifications

• Supervise clients and ensure safety in a residential setting.
• Maintain documentation of clients' progress and communications with staff.
• Identify when professional services may be needed and alert supervisors.
• Maintain rapport with clients and support group activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents’ whereabouts and ensure supervision at all times.
• Monitor residents' behaviors and respond to incidents per policy.
• Facilitate daily residential schedule including chores, meals, and activities.
• Carry out regular checks on residents and document findings.
• Administer medications as prescribed and on schedule.
• Assist with planning individual care for residents as needed.
• Communicate with clinical staff about residents' condition and developments.
• Rotate on-call duties for coverage in emergencies.
• Answer phones and take messages as required.
• Take residents on outings and supervise visits.
• Perform case management tasks such as medical appointments and resume writing.
• Write case notes during each shift and ensure compliance with policies.
