Qualifications

• Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Valid NC RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to hospice patients via phone and in-person visits.
• Assist with admission to hospice services as needed.
• Coordinate with the care team to implement the patient’s plan of care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment.
• Document nursing assessments and patient responses.
• Ensure safe, quality nursing care and infection control practices.
