Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of production experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Proficiency with production management software and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers during weekend shifts, ensuring schedules and quality standards
• Monitor production output, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment
• Identify and resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics to optimize flow
• Prepare and submit shift reports and performance metrics
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality
• Manage weekend inventory of raw materials and finished goods
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
