Job summary

You will monitor output, coach staff, and collaborate across maintenance, quality, and logistics to optimize flow and report performance metrics. Weekend availability and strong supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a production environment with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency with production management software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; weekend shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers during weekend shifts, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality.
• Monitor output, analyze data, and implement corrective actions for inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Identify and resolve production issues, equipment faults, and conflicts promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to optimize flow.
• Prepare and submit production reports including shift summaries and performance metrics.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory on the line during weekends.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
