Job summary

Allegiance Flag Supply, LLC is seeking a Weekend Shift Supervisor to lead the weekend production system, turning the Operations Manager's plan into coordinated action across Striping, Parts, TSS and Finished Flag.

You will directly supervise 10-14 employees and the TSS Supervisor, ensuring safe, efficient production, quality, and accountability, with Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, production or another disciplined operating environment.
• Experience leading production teams against measurable goals, ideally with responsibility for approximately 15-30 employees.
• Experience leading another supervisor, team leader or senior employee; strongly preferred.
• Practical understanding of production flow, labor deployment, bottlenecks and constraint management.
• The judgment to make decisions and have difficult performance conversations.
• Strong organizational discipline, follow-through and communication across departments, shifts and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the weekend shift and set clear priorities across Striping, Parts and TSS.
• Coach employees and the TSS Supervisor; conduct performance reviews and development conversations.
• Translate the production plan into clear priorities and manage execution throughout the weekend.
• Own the performance of the entire weekend production system including safety, quality and productivity.
• Maintain visibility into production results and provide clear handoffs to weekday leadership.
