Job summary

Allegiance Flag Supply, LLC is seeking a dedicated A Shift Parts & Striping Supervisor to lead the Parts and Striping teams on a Monday–Thursday schedule, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. The role reports to the Operations Manager and centers on people leadership, ensuring plan adoption, quality, safety and adherence to production priorities.

You will drive performance, coach staff, manage attendance, and coordinate closely with the TSS Supervisor to support downstream sewing operations.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrate strong communication and coaching to drive performance.
• Display problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Maintain safety, quality and attendance standards on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team across Parts and Striping to meet production plans.
• Monitor progress against plan and rebalance labor as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality and HR to resolve issues.
• Deliver on-time performance and ensure downstream support for Sewing.
